National Leasing Consultant Jobs in Arkansas

Knowledge of on-site management operations, customer service experience, and Yardi software experience (preferred)

Participate in the CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs

Sales and customer service experience (required)

Able to perform work responsibilities at locations other than “home” property

Maintain positive resident satisfaction and retention

Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members

Current and comprehensive knowledge of our company offerings and education trends, or ability to quickly learn.

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:

Deliver highly effective in-person and virtual sales presentations to current and prospective customers, displaying extensive curriculum and product knowledge.

Develop proposals and deliver presentations at national education conferences, webinars and internal events.

Remain current with education trends and issues.

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Current and comprehensive knowledge of our company offerings and education trends, or ability to quickly learn.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills with ability to multi-task and meet demanding deadlines.
