Work Department incoming referral work queue daily. Assist patients with appointments in other specialist offices as requested/referred by our physicians.

Reviews patient charts to ensure imaging is available and all pertinent information to maximize appointment.

Responsible for managing physician calendars.

Takes on call shift responsibilities as required by the department.

Reviews patient history and physician's orders. Educates patient regarding procedures, equipment and exam to ensure patient's understanding and cooperation.

Charges appropriately for all supplies used for procedure and utilizes appropriate exam codes.

RADIATION PROTECTION: Provides appropriate radiation protection for self and others during all imaging and therapeutic procedures.

PATIENT POSITIONING AND PROCEDURES: Performs imaging procedures on all anatomical areas of the body.

IMAGE PRODUCTION, ANALYSIS AND ARCHIVAL: Applies appropriate imaging factors, conducts image analysis and utilizes archival techniques.

Provides input regarding performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.

PEOPLE MANAGMENT: Uses HR/Performance Management processes and systems to align individual performance to achieve organizational results.

CAPACITY MANAGEMENT: Projects and develops capacity through targeted recruitment, ongoing staff development, effective scheduling, and outsourcing.

REVENUE CYCLE: Applies knowledge of organizational revenue cycle to achieve key performance indicators.

Assists with enforcing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.

Maintains documentation for regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations. Monitors purchase and usage of systems/equipment/supplies and ensures proper working order.

Experience with CNC and manual equipment preferred

High School Diploma or GED. 2 plus years of machining experience and/or equivalent

Expected to be familiar with OD/ID surface grinding as well as manual lathe and manual mill.

Must become independent in cleaning processes and equipment maintenance. Must know and follow equipment safety guidelines

Must understand proper handling of metals and cutting/grinding machinery

2+ years of relevant industry experience

Working experience with CME tick-level futures market data
