Summary
- Assists with enforcing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
- Supports special projects and business analysis as requested.
- Provides input regarding performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
- Maintains documentation for regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations. Monitors purchase and usage of systems/equipment/supplies and ensures proper working order.
