Extra Work Hours maybe included regarding remote work and updates/upgrades after-hours.

Provide support services over the phone with remote software

Basic Hardware knowledge (power supply, RAM, CPU etc.)

Normal Work Hours/Days: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Laptop and Desktop Hardware repair

Participate in change management activities, ensuring minimal disruption to services during planned changes

Proficiency in endpoint management solutions such as MECM, Intune, and jamf

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various systems and applications

Monitor and manage hardware resources, including servers, workstations, printers, and peripherals

At least 1-2 years of experience working as an IT Operations Administrator or a similar role

Experience in server administration and virtualization technologies

Experience with Google Workspace, JIRA, Confluence, M365, Zoom, standard Antivirus and Device Management software

Hardware maintenance and asset management

Support and contribute to IT ServiceDesk knowledge base

Practices network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information.

Experience in developing and implementing secure server policies in Active Directory

Administer and maintain various enterprise technologies including but not limited to Active Directory, SQL, O365, SharePoint, SCCM, and VMware.

Install new servers and software compliant with security procedures.

Troubleshoot and resolve reported issues with operating systems and application software.

Administer and maintain data replication technologies and system backups.
