General awareness of computer systems, PC repair, and network management

2+ years of experience working in a help desk environment

Strong drive to provide excellent customer service and experience, with an awareness of prioritization of tasks, stakeholders, budget, and time

Experience with Augmented Reality / Virtual Reality hardware

Maintain computer systems and act as a first line of support for systems, and users

Responsible for PC’s, Printers, Servers and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc.)

Derive requirements for new IT initiatives, and implement and manage solutions that meet these requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or a combination of certifications and experience that equate to a degree

Intune Device Management / Desktop Imaging

Manage corporate email using Office365

Manage physical and virtual servers, including backup and restore

Manage vendors, including MSPs, cloud service providers, IT equipment suppliers, and software providers
