In addition, candidate must attain the required DoD 8570 Computing Environment (CE) Training within six (6) months of Hire Date.

What you get to do every day


  • Willingness to provide initial triage, response, and notifications for incidents
  • Assist customers with Tier2 incident resolution for Linux and windows applications.
  • Communicate effectively (in oral and written form) with a variety of individuals; work well within small and large team environments.
  • Troubleshoot application functionality, crash and performance
  • Investigate user performance and work with external teams to improve user experience
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve system incidents with both short-term workarounds and long-term solutions. Responds to escalated service desk/team requests.
  • Participate in special projects as required.
  • System Administrative duties to include management of Windows and Linux workstations on EVDI and physical
  • Primary responsibilities include providing Tier 2 support of maintaining multiple large Enterprise environment that spans CONUS and OCONUS boundaries. The supporting infrastructure includes multiple Microsoft based networks spanning multiple security enclaves within a hybrid (Windows & RHEL) environments.
  • Provide remote end user desktop support


What skills do you need?

  • Application Troubleshooting such as Outlook, Excel, Word, JAVA, Internet Explorer
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, and work experience
  • 8+ years of related systems administration experience
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • Understanding of Service Now, NETS or other ticketing process

  • Provide maintenance and monitoring for development, test, and operational cloud environments at all appropriate classification levels.
  • Prepare and deliver required documentation to include both program and user level documentation.
  • Operational support and sustainment of the Advanced Analyst Augmentation Analytical Cloud Enablement System (4ACES).
  • Create, test, and maintain test, development, and production environments; implement established technical and workflow procedures, troubleshoot network and application issues, and provide guidance and technical assistance as needed.
  • Support cloud environment for data engineering, data strategy and architecture, data analytics, and data focused software engineering.
  • Recommend changes to facilitate efficient and effective development, communicate, and share expertise within and across the customer’s organizational boundaries and work both independently and in small groups.
  • Manage Databricks clusters to include managing users against roles and privileges for individual clusters.
  • Update technical configuration documents, manage the system lifecycle, support technical review boards as needed, and participate in technical design reviews as needed.
  • Interact with technical team leads to understand the current system, subsystems, and component specifications.
  • Work with the customer to ensure cloud resources are being utilized efficiently and optimize the environment.


What skills do you need?


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • 2+ years of related experience providing systems administration support in a business intelligence environment.
  • Bachelors with 4 years or more of experience or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience
  • Experience with Amazon Commercial Cloud Services.
  • Experience with maintaining servers, storage devices and applications.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance and CI poly
  • 2+ years of experience supporting data management platforms and integrating databases using SQL, or other languages.
  • Knowledge of essentials for IT security and security administration.
