Member Services Intake Specialist Jobs in Arkansas

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

1-3 years of job-related experience

Strong statistical and analytical skills – proficient in Excel

Effective oral and written communication skills

Credentialed in appropriate EPIC application(s) within 90 days of hire

1-2 years advanced Financial Analysis

Excellent typing and transcription skills, including typing at fast speeds.

High school diploma: additional computer training or certification will be an asset.

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.

Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.

Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.

Assist members with their initial setup of their balance bills and respond to inquiries related to the balance bill management process

Apply strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations

Experience in healthcare or billing environments a plus

Excellent communication skills via email and telephone; interpersonal skills and ability to maintain positive relationships
