Overview The Meeting Connections Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of meeting and event planning, including the development and implementation of meeting and event strategies, budgeting, and logistics. The Meeting Connections Manager works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all meetings and events are successful and meet the organization’s objectives. Detailed Job Description The Meeting Connections Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all meetings and events. This includes developing and implementing meeting and event strategies, budgeting, and logistics. The Meeting Connections Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all meetings and events are successful and meet the organization’s objectives.The Meeting Connections Manager will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing meeting and event strategies
• Developing and managing budgets for meetings and events
• Coordinating and managing logistics for meetings and events
• Negotiating contracts with vendors and suppliers
• Developing and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring that all meetings and events are successful and meet the organization’s objectives
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures for meetings and events
• Developing and managing marketing and promotional materials for meetings and events
• Developing and managing communication plans for meetings and events
• Developing and managing reporting systems for meetings and events
