You have a history of demonstrating strategic program management skills and have end-to-end organized training events with measurable results.

Structural Cardiac Cath lab experience - SHD procedural experience & knowledge (LAAO, PFO/ASD, TEER, TM/TVR)

TEE or ICE imaging experience is highly preferred. Image interpretation skills are critical to success and image acquisition/optimization is preferred.

Experience in the device industry and working with Physicians preferred (communication, contracting, co-creation of content, etc.)

Strong organizational skills, detailed oriented, high communication skills- exhibit business intelligence as well as executive presence

Excellent written and verbal communication skills- communicates in a manner that is clear and concise- adapts style to audience.

Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree and 5 years relevant experience

Associates Degree in a related field.

All work is performed in offices that require working in close quarters with other employees. The offices are air conditioned/heated.

Database and learning management system (LMS) experience.

Support coordination of program or conference logistics in conjunction with Medical Education Managers and Marketing Operations.

Coordinate and manage completion, collection, and organization of department reporting needs for tracking, compliance, and measurement of educational success.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a education coordination/ support role.

Manage in-person and virtual scheduling needs for webinars, trainings, and/or

Provide status reports on professional education programs to management/auditor(s) as requested

Minimum 2 years of experience in project management roles (or similar)

Manage the allocated budget for education programs and process HCP invoices in a timely manner

Minimum 2 years of experience in managing Professional Education programs/events

Ensure that professional education activities are executed within all applicable compliance and regulatory guidelines

Manage all logistical, creative and editorial components from inception to course wrap-up

Researches and makes recommendations for activity site selection, HCP faculty selection/engagement process, and aids in strategic planning for Medical Education events

Maintain and organize onsite Marketing/Medical Education workspaces.

Order and manage disposition of cadaveric specimens used during lab events

Assist Bioskills Lab Technician with decontaminating and organizing equipment, instrumentation, and disposables following each event

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Must be able to handle multiple tasks/projects and manage priorities accordingly

Job Title: Medical Education Manager

The IME Manager will work under the direction of an IME Lead and have the following responsibilities:

Assist in review of medical education grant submissions for the assigned therapeutic areas against the approved Medical Education strategy

In collaboration with Medical Education TA Leads, develop and maintain oncology medical education resources including, but not limited to:

Quarterly educational outcomes infographics, highlighting key insights/metrics, unfilled educational gaps, and activity spotlights Slide library

Medical Education experience and proficiency in a grant management system preferred

Strong project management skills and ability to multitask

Assist in the management of multiple vendors to ensure high quality and timely delivery of materials within allocated budget.

Support the execution of the medical communications strategy for zuranolone and major depressive disorder and postpartum depression disease state education.

Manage materials through the internal review and approval process by working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and vendor partners.

Ensure fair balance and integrity in medical education materials and that materials conform to appropriate Regulatory, Medical, and Legal compliance guidance.

Psychiatry or neuroscience experience preferred.

Lead the development, management, and maintenance of Medical Education materials.

High level prioritization, multi-tasking, and project management skills.

Experience in vendor relationship management.

Assist in the management of databases and repositories to support internal access to accurate, evidence-based, and balanced scientific/medical information.

Perform on-going gap analyses related to medical education and training demands; develop recommendations and manage initiatives based on information learned.

Maintain scientific, competitive, and disease specific knowledge to ensure accuracy of Medical Education materials.

Organizational and project management skills - preferably experience in project management

Build, manage and report on institutional evaluations such as student surveys, institutional services evaluations, climate surveys, etc.

Implement and manage live surveys, ensuring any inconsistencies or issues are resolved in a timely manner

Analyze evaluation data and prepare top line findings for governance review of courses and clerkships

Experience with basic evaluation and survey programs such as Excel, SPSS, SurveyMonkey, or Qualtrics is required.

Written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

Strong project and time management skills

Management of assigned supported IME activities to ensure timely execution, consistency with approved scope, and communication to internal stakeholders

Elevate the visibility of IME department through various communication channels (i.e., monthly IME program eblast, Sharepoint management, IME announcements, monitoring tracker)

IME experience and knowledge of IME industry guidelines and regulations (OIG, AMA, FDA, ACCME, ACPE, PhRMA, etc.) preferred

Knowledge of and experience with adult learning principles preferred

Plan and manage annual budgets for assigned therapeutic areas

Experience in assisting students to identify their learning styles and developing their learning skills

Assists in advising students with disabilities on applying for accommodations on USMLE exams.

Scores and interprets assessment results, and completes assessments of students’ learning and study skills, personality styles, and critical-thinking.

Engage in the education and training of faculty, residents, medical and `Imi Ho`?la students

Evaluating educational program success and effectiveness through formal evaluation methods.

Contribute to medical education efforts and research related to educational models that support student academic success and/or well-being and resiliency;
