Materials Planning Specialist Jobs

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with materials management and/or supply chain within cGMP operations.

Understanding of federal regulations for Quality Systems (21CFR820) and GMP manufacturing (21CFR 210,211).

Subject Matter Expert (SME) technical expertise applicable to material planning and related areas of supply chain

APICS experience and/or certification a plus.

Core functions include leadership in forecast, planning, materials and inventory management.

Strong relationship building skills with the ability to effectively collaborate, delegate, reason and influence at all levels.

Sound knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures including manufacturing planning, demand and replenishment processes.

8+ years related experience including planning, scheduling, inventory control and cycle counting preferred.

Demonstrated leadership qualities. Lean/six sigma working knowledge is a required.

Comply with all regulatory and AZ requirements relevant to the role, e.g. Sarbanes Oxley, Code of Conduct, Financial Control Framework

Experience in inventory control and accounting processes

Knowledge of purchasing practices including obtaining vendor quotes and proposals, raising requisitions and performing goods receipts

Experience working in a customer focused team Environment

Minimum 8 years experience in a maintenance or procurement environment

General knowledge of Building Facilities, Manufacturing and Packaging Equipment and Components

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in S&OP or a related field.

Experience working in Food, Beverage, or Consumer Products Manufacturing is strongly desired

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Base salary up to 130K, depending on experience, plus an annual bonus potential of 15%

Partner with Supply Planning team to build longer-term 24-month forecasts; to assist with materials management, ingredient procurement, and manufacturing capacity planning.

Contribute to maintain a 12-week rolling Material Planning model based upon production supply planning and procurement requirements.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.

Experience: 3-5 years of responsibility in Planning, Material Procurement, or Supply Chain analysis.

Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral).

Experience with NetSuite/ERP systems is a plus.

Collaborate with materials chemists, AI/ML developers, and process engineers to develop and scale-up carbon management technologies.

Use project management tools to set work objectives, define experimental scope, and execute projects towards sound technical solutions.

Collaborate with peers to ensure proper execution and timely delivery of milestones related to carbon management projects.

Establish collaborations with industrial partners and academic research groups in the field of carbon management, especially adsorption and conversion technologies.

10+ years of experience in Reticular Chemistry and the synthesis of organic ligands and porous adsorbents

Strong hands-on experience and expertise in the performance characterization of porous adsorbents for gas capture and separation applications

One (1) year of experience with data entry or inventory management

Perform data entry into the computer inventory system to include locating, issuing, receiving, and shipping of materials.

High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma

Strong interpersonal and listening skills

Associate’s Degree in aviation, finance, business or related discipline

One (1) year of warehouse experience

· Low hierarchy with high visibility to upper management on a regular basis.

· Minimum 3-5 years' of related experience

· 2+ years planning and / or production experience.

· Strong computer (Great Plains ERP, Office, Outlook, etc.) and interpersonal communication skills.

Demonstrated knowledge of NetSuite/Oracle/SAP or other ERP systems, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and replenishment programs. Demonstrated knowledge of Planning functions/roles.

Manage local team of Production Planners to ensure effective planning, clear prioritization and communication, and employee development.

3-5 years of leadership experience preferred.

Knowledge of construction techniques and experience on a construction site

Knowledge of concrete technology and proficiency with relevant USA and Canadian standards

Knowledge of concrete durability design strategies

Knowledge of related materials and products, e.g. reinforcing technologies, waterproofing, admixtures and additives

Good report writing and presentational skills
