Education And/Or Experience And Or License/Certification

Assess benefits and insurance, and if needed, provide assistance to access payor programs.

Provide PrEP disease prevention and PrEP adherence education and counseling.

Provide education and risk-reduction assessment amongst HIV positive patients who are unaware of their status.

Bachelor's degree in public health OR two years' experience working in HIV/STD prevention or other community health programs required.

Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Organizational abilities and critical thinking skills.

Conduct community outreach and education efforts (i.e. PRIDE, health fairs etc.).

Experience in the following areas:

Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

HIV/STI prevention, outreach, and health promotion.

Provide HIV, STI, and HCV testing, results, and linkage to care for patients/clients.

Communicate between bar, kitchen, and management teams regarding prep lists and action items

1+ year of high volume restaurant experience, in the front or back of house

A positive and enthusiastic attitude, as well as a desire to learn, grow, and develop new skills

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

1+ years of experience in a similar role at a moderate to high volume restaurant, or Culinary Arts degree

Perform opening duties to required standards: cleaning, setting up, and detailing the dining spaces and service stations
