PAY RANGE FOR DUMPLING PREP: $22.50 - $24.96/hour

JOB PURPOSE:
Dumpling Preps are responsible for preparing, assembling, closing and steaming the dumplings for the guest. Dumpling chefs work from a show kitchen and thus must maintain a clean, groomed and professional appearance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
