Job Description
Our client, one of the largest residential and commercial service providing company's in North America, is looking to hire two full-time, Marketing Success Managers.


This is a fully remote position. If candidate would like to work in office, they are welcome to work in a hybrid capacity from their corporate headquarters in Audobon, PA. This position required experience working with or for a franchise model, which could include consulting, coaching for corporate companies or businesses with multi locations.


The Marketing Success Manager will be:


  • Responsible for driving the marketing efforts of franchisees across both B2C and B2B segments
  • Driving the coordination and management of presenting media plans and marketing content to co-ops, including working with steering committees in select markets
  • Creating and implementing regional marketing plans, providing franchisee support while maintaining brand standards, and building strong relationships with franchisees, vendors, stakeholders and external partners
  • Using data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement
  • Working with a set group of franchisees, given a roster of about 60-100 owners and will play a critical role in communicating recommended strategies and leading franchisees to execute effective marketing strategies to promote their brand, generate leads, and support the growth of their franchise network
  • Tracking performance of campaigns and programs implemented, understanding KPIs to evaluate marketing campaigns and initiatives


This Marketing Success Manager will have:


  • Assertive leader with demonstrated success in consultative sales and influencing leaders and franchisees
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • Excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and present to larger groups of senior leadership and franchisees, averaging 25-30 people
  • A strong understanding of both B2C and B2B marketing principles, strong understanding of marketing analytics and their impact to a franchisee business plan
  • Experience in marketing support or management, preferably within a franchising or multi-location business model
  • Strong analytical abilities, comfort manipulating and interpreting data, and ability to see beyond the numbers
  • At least 6 years experience in a similar consulting or marketing position
  • Experience working in a franchise environment or in a multi-location organization is a plus
