Job Description
Location & Status: The Incumbent In This Role Is Required To Be Located In Omaha, NE While Working On-Site At Our Corporate Office


General Summary:


The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing marketing projects, training franchisees, coaching franchisees on their marketing plan performance, and providing top level support to franchisees with their marketing objectives across various lead generation channels and activities. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams.


Responsibilities:


  • Track performance of all marketing campaigns, communicate the performance within the company and work to optimize and improve performance regularly
  • Manage all marketing activities including but not limited to budgeting, analytics, reputation management, lead nurturing, call center process, paid lead efforts, organic lead efforts, local franchisee efforts, website strategy, creative asset management, event management, documentation of marketing systems and processes and other duties as assigned.
  • Collaborate with other teams and vendors to create and execute on a campaign schedule and work to optimize performance
  • Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads through to appointments booked for our franchise locations and some corporate campaigns
  • Conduct all onboarding, training and support calls with new franchisees to get them productive as quickly as possible; host regular training calls for ongoing education and adoption of all franchisees and have marketing consultations with franchisees by request.
  • Manage the Communications with franchisees for the company
  • Manage brand guidelines with the creative team and work to ensure that franchisees are adhering to the brand guidelines
  • Create systems and processes for efficient marketing operations within the brand
  • Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
  • Be an active participant in cross-brand collaboration and in the HPB marketing community in order to develop yourself, the brand’s marketing strategy and help other brands develop.


Required Qualifications:


  • Energized by having a high level of collaboration & meetings
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • GED or high school diploma required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in marketing required
  • Ability to multi-task
