Marketing Support Specialist Jobs

Circuit Media is seeking an experienced Marketing Support Specialist with a strong background in design, branding and concepting to join our team. This position is in support of the Colorado Army Reserve National Guard (COARNG). As a Marketing Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the marketing efforts of the COARNG.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (Preferred)
• Marketing: 5 years of experience with branding and concepting (Required)
• Experience with WordPress, SEO, graphic design, trade show coordination, and content creation (Preferred)

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Managing all internal and external communications, such as social media, website, and newsletter distribution.
• Updating and maintaining different program websites to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including holiday programs, special events, and outside events.
• Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives across different branches.
• Assisting with various program events to ensure seamless execution and maximize promotional impact and engagement.
• Conducting surveys to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
• Developing and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and reach target audiences.
• Identifying opportunities for future growth and providing strategic recommendations to enhance marketing efforts.
• Creating, updating, and ordering marketing materials for various programs and staff members.
• Managing office equipment and maintaining office contact lists.
• Procuring necessary items to support marketing initiatives.

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proactive approach to continuously updating skills and supporting coworkers and supervisors effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
