Overview Manufacturing Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and machinery. They are responsible for ensuring that all equipment is running properly and efficiently, and that any repairs or maintenance are completed quickly and correctly. They must also be able to troubleshoot and diagnose any issues that arise with the equipment. Detailed Job Description Manufacturing Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and machinery. This includes inspecting, testing, and troubleshooting equipment to identify any issues, and then repairing or replacing any faulty parts. They must also be able to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics, and be able to use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs. They must also be able to keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs, and be able to communicate effectively with other technicians and supervisors.
