Ability to manage multiple projects across multiple departments, work streams and partners to drive sustainable change and performance.

Coach and develop change agents at all levels in lean methodologies and lead cultural change to deliver sustainable performance improvement.

Experienced (10 years plus) Production or Operations Manager.

Preference for past Site Manager experience.

Key Responsibilities of the position include, but not limited to:

· Strong negotiation and communication skills.

5+ years of experience in hands-on operational roles in supply chain management in a large consumer goods organization

3+ years of experience in leadership roles responsible for leading operations management/professional level people

Strong experience with change management and influencing organizational culture change

Provide project management and leadership necessary to implement pilots and the ongoing rollout of new continuous improvement plans

Provide change management leadership to ensure we achieve and sustain our targeted performance levels

Share process replication opportunities and best practices with other Reyes Holdings facilities to assist them in developing their own capabilities

Engineering Degree: BSME, BSEE, BS ChemE preferred, with minimum of 10 years of Technical/Production/Engineering/Maintenance Management in consumer product manufacturing

Partners with leaders in Operations and Supply Chain to identify appropriate projects and scope using viability models and prioritization methods.

Provides communication and coaches employees and leaders on the direction of Lean Transformation and daily management initiatives to drive lean behaviors

Manages portfolio of projects for the site and tracks and communicates performance to commitments through standard PMO

10+ years of manufacturing experience

8+ of Continuous Improvement and/or Engineering leadership experience including familiarity with Toyota Production Systems/ LEAN and value stream mapping.

Medical devices or automotive experience

Assists in Business Unit Labor Modeling by leading teams to evaluate production layouts, time studies and productivity standards

2-3 Years’ Experience working with factory management/leadership team

2-3 Years’ experience of project management, loss intelligence, & advanced problem solving

Strong knowledge of digital tools including Power BI, MES Systems, SAP and other visualization tools/data analytics experience preferred.

Strong leadership in cultural change management & managing multiple complex priorities and ability to work with all factory levels

Solid understanding of Change Management

External benchmarking and support requirements

Monitor the execution of the Nestle Continuous Excellence/ TPM (Total Performance Management) roll out plan in own factory.

Guide the factory floor data standardization, collection, utilization, and management to drive continuous improvement.

5+ years of leadership experience to include continuous improvement projects and/ or coaching in a manufacturing, military, or related environment

Experience with TPM, DMAIC, Kaizen, and/or Lean Six Sigma in a manufacturing environment preferred

Act as a Change Agent, promoting the vision and the path to Manufacturing Excellence.

Define, communicate, and implement Nestle Continuous Excellence rollout plans for the Factory.

Identifies and plans for requisite training & development requirements for subordinates and team to help bridge skill gaps.

Carry out skill gap assessment of people: prepare plans for filling up the gaps.

Monitor delivery and status of the various projects identified.

Apply and drive learnings from another function into the manufacturing initiatives

Execution of Manufacturing Excellence Programs

Responsible for TPM / TQM / Six Sigma or other excellence initiative across factories.

2-3 Years’ Experience working with factory management/leadership team

2-3 Years’ experience of project management, loss intelligence, & advanced problem solving

Strong knowledge of digital tools including Power BI, MES Systems, SAP and other visualization tools/data analytics experience preferred.

Strong leadership in cultural change management & managing multiple complex priorities and ability to work with all factory levels

Solid understanding of Change Management

External benchmarking and support requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Manhattan WMS. Labor Management System experience preferred.

Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to manage change, develop, mentor and coach personnel, including experience with cross-functional teams

Build and deploy effective DC change management program to ensure operational readiness. Manage teams through significant operational changes, ensuring operational readiness.

Assist in creating and deploying the DC skill capability model

Mentor, coach and develop talent on your team and throughout the DC. Ensure your team has effective skills to be successful.

5+ years of leadership experience leading multiple teams with proven track record of delivering improvements in a complex distribution environment

Coordinate and coach sites on Unilever Management System (UMS) methodology and maturity assessments

Team player with proven problem-solving capabilities (If from outside, Black belt preferred)

Bachelor’s degree required,– Engineering or equivalent experience.

5 years-experience in Supply Chain operations

Drive MANEX program deployment, including standards development and horizontal expansion

Support the implementation of Sites improvement programs, including SMED, Center-lining and Kaizen workshops

Collaborate with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure that procurement activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

Knowledge and Experience across various procurement categories (direct, indirect and R&D)

Excellent judgment, influencing skills and leadership abilities in working with different stakeholders particularly with Senior Leadership;

Project Management - Communicates changes and progress; Completes projects on time and within budget.

Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance procurement skills and promote compliance with established policies and procedures.

Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulations. Track and manage open audit points

5+ years’ experience in Operations and Manufacturing Engineering Management

Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
