Job Title: Validation Program Manager

Location:– Remote (California, Washington, Oregon)

Not Required but good to have skills:

Proven leadership and team management experience is essential.

Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills are expected.

Oversees the qualification of manufacturing equipment, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).

The Validation Manager should hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred.

They should have a minimum of [7] years of experience in validation within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.

The Validation Manager should be detail-oriented with a focus on documentation and compliance.

Previous experience in Testing and quality management

Work and team with IT and other management personnel, including on a global, virtual basis

Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience

Experience with ERP (SAP Preferred) to support end-to-end testing methodologies

Hands-on experience with test automation

Collaborates with various departments to ensure timely delivery of all Test Systems and documents required to support testing.

Directs the development of test system and detail test scenarios for Quality Assurance Engineers. Identifies potential test applications and automation tools.

Monitors testing systems, including tracking test system deficiencies, the development of improvements and gathering metrics to report progress to leadership team.

Work closely with Product Managers to review Requirements/Specifications, estimate tasks, and size project releases
