Manage overall financial targets and timeline milestones for all responsible engagements, delivering profitable customer experiences.

Manage program metrics, including change orders and labor utilization.

Collaborate with internal teams to define milestones and direct the engagement between all parties.

Establish and foster relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing concise communication on project status, changes, or escalations.

Build relationships with the vendor community, maintaining a solidunderstanding of technology and product roadmaps and applying those to relevant projects.

Oversee broadcast membership services, including assisting with member health and welfare benefit questions and broadcast member communications.

Demonstrate effective skills in the use of PC applications; Google Suite.

Must be detail oriented with a high level of analytical skills.

Superlative interpersonal skills with ability to cultivate respectful, strategic and collaborative relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.

Associate's degree plus 2-3 years' previous experience performing similar work required.

Balance between work and home life responsibilities

Knowledge and experience in making and repairing BNC-SDI Cables with BNC, Triax Cables, and audio cables.

Manage systems and relationships, troubleshoot, and develop creative presentations using Ross Dashboard, Ross Talk, NDI, and Xpression technology;

Lead and manage all transmission requests and technical needs for FedExForum;

Bachelor’s degree in Digital or Broadcast/TV production or equivalent work experience.

Strong technical knowledge and background in multi-source presentation production for In-Arena and Broadcast environments.

Demonstratable ability to pivot and manage to change priorities and tight deadlines.

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Able to multitask in a fast-paced, time sensitive engineering environment.

5 years of In-depth experience and knowledge in technology and broadcast productions.

Starting salary: $36 - $43 per hour (depending on qualifications).

Manage projects from concept to documentation.

5 years of experience accurately operating and repairing equipment under the pressure of live production.
