Do you have a passion for solving the planning puzzle? We are looking for someone who has a vision for excellent results at our Cincinnati, OH manufacturing facility as a Maintenance Planner. Flexibility and a commitment to learning are key in this role as you will be planning and coordinating our way to success!

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Great Communicator - You will be a champion of communication cross-functionally, ensuring maintenance, operations, and sanitation are all on the same page. You will also coordinate all external services.
• Drive the Data! - Perform data analysis to advance maintenance Key Performance Indicators and achieve our goals.
• Project Management - In an industrial food manufacturing environment, you lead all work order planning and scheduling in the short term and look to the future with long-term projects!

• Safety First – Our values are important to us. The most important are People Safety and Food Safety. Having a safety-focused attitude is a critical ingredient for success.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• Ability to effectively motivate, communicate, delegate, negotiate and train and effectively achieve results through others
• Experience in the Food & Beverage industry
• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to quickly develop an in-depth working knowledge of maintenance and reliability processes, workflows, and procedures
• Experience with SAP or other maintenance planning software

• Strong technical aptitude
• BS/BA and significant related experience a plus
