5+ years’ experience as a Producer or Project Manager

Develops, manages, and executes logistical plan and timeline; assigns/delegates tasks to staff; evaluate, analyze and report results for each event

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or 5+ years of experience as a Producer

Demonstrated ability to manage event schedules and budgets

3+ years of experience producing live events in both in-person and digital environments

Experience working with complex budgets in deadline-driven environments

Experience working in large-scale and highly technical event environments

Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and pull together various aspects of an event in an organized way

Extensive verbal and written communication skills for interacting with corporate clients, vendors, venue staff, freelancers, etc

Experience working with talent, venues, vendors, various production teams, etc.

Working with video, multimedia, live-event productions, webcasting, digital communications and social media strategies

Developing and presenting information to senior leadership – both verbally and in writing

Managing budgets and negotiating contracts.

Pay: $7,204.00 - $8,950.00 per month

Knowledge of current events and the ability to write short VO’s for headlines.

Possess a strong understanding of the digital landscape and evolving technologies is preferred. Control room experience a plus.

Knowledge of iNews (or other similar producing software).

Bachelor’s degree (TV/Film/Journalism or related field) or equivalent work experience

Research, write and produce interview segments and anchor scripts with advanced speed.

Extensive production experience and excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Working knowledge of cameras and related gear.

Working knowledge of Avid editing systems or equivalent.

Experience with breaking news and longform content.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

A willingness to work different shifts, as needed, and thrive under daily deadline pressures. Open to working long hours, weekends.
