avad3 is a national event production company proudly based in Northwest Arkansas. We make flawless production scalable, serving event planners on the biggest day of their year by managing production. After a challenging pandemic, we are rebuilding as our clients are asking more and more of us in the year ahead. Today we have more people on the team than we did going into the pandemic, and as we continue to grow, new positions are being added to help us scale the business. Part of that expansion is adding this position.


What Does Success Look Like?


As a meeting and events Producer for avad3 Event Production, your role will help bring our client’s ideas to reality. You will be the face and voice of avad3 to our clients and the communication funnel to the production team, making each event possible. The Producer reports directly to the Production Director and will work alongside four Production Managers to manage all events that our Sales Team secures each year.


The ideal Event Producer should possess the following:


  • Thorough understanding of technical event production, signal flow, production hardware, and software
  • 3+ years of experience producing live events in both in-person and digital environments
  • Experience working with complex budgets in deadline-driven environments
  • Highly proficient and comfortable working within a Mac computing environment and associated planning and production tools
  • Experience working in large-scale and highly technical event environments


Requirements


Responsibilities


  • Work with the Production Director to ensure client expectations are met
  • The Producer is the direct point of contact for the duration of each project assigned
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time and pull together various aspects of an event in an organized way
  • Involved in all aspects of event production: design, budget, content, logistics, etc.
  • Work with graphic and creative agencies/freelancers to produce event content and creative elements
  • Create and follow production timelines
  • Administrative Duties: including budget reports, production schedules, communicating with show crews their responsibilities on site, Keeping up-to-date information in project tracking apps (Primarily BaseCamp 4 & Google Suite), etc


Qualifications


  • Ability to travel at minimum one week a month
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Must have a creative yet practical event development eye
  • As Producer, your job is the details, small to large. This team member must be highly detailed and organized in all areas and able to work independently
  • Must possess a strong work ethic, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment (this is not a 9 to 5 job when on site)
  • Highly organized and able to work independently
  • Extensive verbal and written communication skills for interacting with corporate clients, vendors, venue staff, freelancers, etc


Preferred Skills


  • Experience working with talent, venues, vendors, various production teams, etc.
  • Experience with the Adobe Software Suite

Compensation And Benefits


We believe compensation is critical for both parties to find the right fit, but your compensation details should be private. The salary detail will be disclosed to applicants reaching the first interview, but not posted publicly here. Benefits include:
