Legal Bank Counsel Jobs in Kansas

Strong analytical and contract formation, preparation, drafting, review, management and negotiation skills.

Provide contract review coordination across businesses (product, services, finance) in support of channel partners and clients.

Protect FICO from unnecessary contract and other liabilities, damages and penalties.

Experience in technology transactions, including software and data licensing, preferably in a corporate legal department.

Basic understanding and working knowledge of United States software intellectual property law and practices.

Review and negotiate terms to be consistent with FICO policies and procedures.
