Legal Bank Counsel Jobs in Maine

Provide broad based contract support for sales, vendor management and major funder agreements

Experience partnering with Security, Product, Finance, and Engineering teams

4-6 years of legal experience, preferably in-house experience at a Software as a Service (SaaS), EdTech, or other tech organization

Some experience researching and analyzing regulatory compliance matters and related contractual commitments

Strong business judgment by analyzing, assessing and communicating business and legal risks, and at developing practical solutions to manage risk

Experience working independently and knowing when it is appropriate to escalate an issue or seek guidance
