This is a corporate legal counsel role with the following requirements:

• Have payment related in-house experience

• Preferably have internet and technology experience

• Provide counsel on operational matters with a focus on payment related issues

• Identify, research, and evaluate alternative risk factors regarding business decisions and overall operations

• Apply effective risk management strategies and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues

This is a senior legal counsel role with the following requirements:

• have J.D degree with 7+ years of legal practice, including in-house experience

• Work with general counsel to maintain a sanction screening protocol and policy for Temu platform

• Develop and maintain a product compliance system to screen merchandize on Temu platform

• Develop and maintain trust & safety policies
