Your key responsibilities will be:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts across the Energy & Infrastructure segment and in the Marine segment

Providing legal support to Hempel’s Procurement and Supply Chain departments

Support on Data Protection initiatives

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Oatly Legal department, and develop, implement, and improve department policies, procedures, and workflows

Assign and manage work performed by outside counsel in a cost-effective manner

Excellent ability to manage and track multiple project workflows and inbound requests for legal services

Supporting Provider Network management activities, including strategy and oversight, for pharmacy network contracts.

Supporting Provider Network management activities, including strategy and oversight, regarding credentialing, audits, suspensions, terminations.

Providing support and management of network provider disputes in coordination with litigation attorneys.

7+ years legal attorney experience in a law firm and/or in-house setting that includes:

In depth knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations and industry standards governing the provision of healthcare.

Experience working with PBMs and related laws, including pharmacy network laws, network pharmacy contracting, government PBM audits and requests for information.

Bill drafting, which includes consulting with legislators and others in analyzing problems, identifying objectives, secondary effects, and underlying values and assumptions.

Assessing information and research needs.

Preparing analyses, explanations, and summaries of legislation and court decisions.

Staffing and advising legislative committees on legislation, law, administrative rules, and opinions of the courts and Attorney General.

Performing administrative duties and preparing minutes, reports, and other work products for legislative committees.

Contacting technical personnel for information.

10+ years’ experience in commercial contracting, preferably in an in-house setting

Communication skills to effectively interface with non-legal colleagues as well as external partners and customers

Work cross-functionally with different departments to close deals and achieve the Cyber Security SMB/C Division’s commercial objectives

Drive the legal team’s strategic initiatives, including development and implementation of processes that improve time-to-contract without material increases in risk

Provide practical guidance to the Sales and Procurement organizations that balances business objectives and legal risk

Keep abreast of changing regulations, laws, and industry standards

Strong collaboration, organizational, and project management skills;

Work collaboratively with legal and business managers to help identify, develop, and implement process improvements related to data protection and cybersecurity;

Develop data security-related training materials and help lead data security training programs; Other responsibilities as needed

Possess exceptional legal capabilities and judgment;

Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills;

Prior experience with OneTrust a plus;
