Overview A Leave Administrator is responsible for managing and administering employee leave requests, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing guidance to employees on leave policies and procedures. The Leave Administrator is also responsible for tracking and reporting on employee leave usage. Detailed Job Description The Leave Administrator is responsible for managing and administering employee leave requests, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing guidance to employees on leave policies and procedures. The Leave Administrator is also responsible for tracking and reporting on employee leave usage. The Leave Administrator will review and approve leave requests, process leave payments, and provide guidance to employees on leave policies and procedures. The Leave Administrator will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of employee leave usage, and providing reports to management on leave usage. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to employee leave
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least two years of experience in a Human Resources or related role
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to employee leave
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
