5+ years of Project and Program Management Experience

Perform administration and maintenance in the Learning Management System (LMS), including creation and maintenance of Learning schedule

Manage the effectiveness of programs against stated learning objectives and modify program to address opportunities for improvement

Work cross-functionally with Development team and Project Manager during full program lifecycle

5+ years of experience working as a Lead in service delivery roles with an emphasis on systems configuration

Must have extensive knowledge of HR, Learning process and practice acumen and technical aptitude.

5+ years of work experience in a professional project management environment, leading major programs and multiple projects

Strong knowledge of project management tools and technologies, PMP preferred

Proven project management skills, proficient with use of project management tools and software/systems

Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan

Provide support to Cityblock’s Learning Management System, Cityblock University, including course enrollment, reporting, tracking and day-to-day support
