We are working exclusively with our client to identify a Learning Ecosystem Project Manager. In this role, you will execute the Learning and Development strategy and roadmap for the new learning ecosystem and you will help onboard and offboard key applications.
Responsibilities:
· Lead a highly visible project management function to transform to a new Learning Ecosystem
· Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
· Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to identify risks, assist with prioritization, interface with senior management to present updates
· Lead project teams and facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders
· Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations
· Prepare and present project status/reports to Program Manager and stakeholders
Start Date: May 15, 2023
Duration: through December 31, 2023 with strong possibility of extension
Hours: 40 hours per week (EST business hours)
Location: Virtual; local to NJ of PA preferred, but not required
Experience Required:
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as business, engineering, or computer science) required
· 7 years+ of proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering large scale global projects on-time and within budget
· Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and motivate project teams
· Experience working with cross-functional teams including up/down the organizations, and external partners required
· Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
· Development of all project documentation (charter, key results, achievements, risk register, change management, and communications plan, etc.) as well as presentation materials
· Experience with project management software and tools e.g. Microsoft Project
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders, in a matrixed environment, simultaneously
· Experience in Transformation and Platform migration.
· Experience in Learning Technology Platforms is a plus.
· PMP certification is a plus

The pay range for this is $60.00 to $80.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
