Remote Learning And Development Specialist

Implement training and development plans

Knowledge and working experience with learning management systems (LMS)

Maintains and Oversees the functioning and utilization of the Learning Management System.

Adult education certification completed or in progress.

Communicates Training Schedules and Reminders; as well as Manager Exception Reports

Bachelor’s degree or college diploma (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Adult Education, Instructional Design, or related field.

Minimum of (3) years of experience in L&D and/or instructional design.

Handle backend management tasks in the LMS.

Good technical skills and data analysis abilities.

Manage LMS technology and ADP Performance Dashboard Platforms.
