Learning And Development Curriculum Specialist Jobs in Illinois

Extensive experience in the design, management and facilitation of management and employee development programs and courses in multiple modalities

Design, development, implement and facilitate management and employee learning programs.

Adapt style and tone of content development to fit a variety of role across the enterprise (hourly, salaried, management etc.)

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, adult learning/education or equivalent professional experience required

Support the ongoing utilization and growth of the Learning Experience Platform to support employee development.

Manage external vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee the service from design to delivery.

Experience in sales or a learning function and project management

Experience with using Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Strong oral presentation or public speaking skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience facilitating training programs & classroom environments

Experience using, Camtasia, iMovie or other video editing programs
