Consults with and advises Human Resources Business Partners and leadership on human resources programs, policies and procedures.

Provides prompt resolution of requests and questions specific to functional area, which may have been escalated due to the specialized nature.

Solid technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software quickly (e.g., Learning Management System, Power BI, SharePoint)

Manage planning, logistics, scheduling, and event coordination for all learning and leader development programming.

Manage distribution lists for key stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and accuracy.

Provide creative and technical support for online learning experiences that help to scale development across the organization.

Manage logistics and scheduling for internal blog series.

Minimum two to five years of experience in a related field.
