Extensive experience (8+ years) in Lean process improvement, preferably within a global manufacturing or medical device environment.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Knowledge of Total Quality Management and Change Management experience is preferred

Implement and drive continuous improvement across CSC in close coordination with management staff

Support CSC management teams to achieve business targets (KPI’s)

Define continuous improvement targets together with the management staff and report performance against set operational objectives

Identify and train CSC departmental management and core employees on production system methodology and lean principles

Effective workshop facilitator skills required; experience in leading teams, driving change and delivering results

Strong knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards in the medical device industry.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.

Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to support lean manufacturing initiatives.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, develop solutions, and drive change.

Lean Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.

Facilitate lean daily management; develop and lead the path to Gemba.

Manage Key Process Indicators and Targets To Improve (TTI) dashboards for Strategy Deployment Process.

5+ years' experience leading Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives with demonstrated accomplishments is required.

Collaborate with counterparts to develop a local lean strategy to achieve business objectives and financial targets.

Help lead/build a strong plant leadership team by mentoring and coaching talent, providing lean training, and participating in hiring talent.

Review P&L monthly with site leader to ensure alignment with lean productivity projects.

Improve process capabilities and capacity in manufacturing areas.

Engineering degree and previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrate problem solving, qualitative and analytical skills.

Proven ability to effectively manage/lead multiple priorities.

Excellent administrative communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrate knowledge in process improvement and team building.

Updates the company Officers and Senior Management on project progress.

Implements sustainable process improvements in close coordination with management and in accordance with existing rules and regulations.

Provides advice and audits line management to ensure that effective Lean Management is implemented and working.

Manages complex and interdisciplinary business projects; responsible of project plan, content, schedule, progress, and budget.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Master degree preferred.

Program development, implementation and change management experience.

Credibility and experience working effectively and directly with the management of teams.

Excellent communication and coaching skills (written and verbal) at all levels from the shop floor to top management (Lead Event Teams).

10 years + of professional experience with focus on operations and supply chain and with industrial engineering knowledge.

Lean tools (VSM, Cell setup, 5S, TPM, Setup reduction, Visual Management)

Develop skill levels of practitioners and other site talent by coordinating OPEX training for employees at various levels and across functions.

5+ years related engineering and manufacturing management experience

Advanced experience using MS suite (Access, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Monitor current operations and establish efficient production processes

Analyze operations, designing workflows and production processes

Ensure that products meet established quality standards

Create efficient systems, integrate workers, materials, machines and hardware

· Any other reasonable request made by management.

· Reviews all projects to ensure that action plans, timelines, budgets and requirements are met and/or exceeded.

· Coordinates plant initiatives and ideas with President & C.O.O and Plant Managers of each facility.

Administers and manages departmental budget

Maintains up to date documentation regarding IATF 16949 and facility requirements

This is a Direct Hire Opportunity

Directly oversee, develop, and lead the Global Supply Chain People Capabilities, Digital Platforms Manager and all Global Reliability and TPM Leaders.

Implement in partnership with Plant Management the use of standard dashboards to measure KPIs and audits to track progress.

Consumer products industry knowledge or working experience a plus.

Manage multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery and quality using both internal and external resources.

Bachelor of Science in Industrial / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or related field experience working in a manufacturing environment

Certification in Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Black Belt from ASQ or equivalent.
