Location: Walkerville, MT


Salary: $100,000.00 USD Annually - $120,000.00 USD Annually


Description


The Judge Group is currently seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer (Lean Manufacturing) with experience 5+ years of experience creating efficient processes from prototype through manufacturing.


COMPENSATION: 90k to 140k plus bonus


RELOCATION: Relocation assistance provided for the right candidate


LOCATION: Butte, MT (This is an onsite position)


MUST HAVE: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (IE or ME)


MUST HAVE: 5+ years of experience creating efficient processes from prototype through manufacturing


MUST HAVE: Lean manufacturing experience


Responsibilities


  • Create efficient systems, integrate workers, materials, machines and hardware
  • Identifying and solve design challenges
  • Improve manufacturing processes and ensure best practice
  • Performing structural and thermal analysis
  • Review engineering specifications
  • Analyze operations, designing workflows and production processes
  • Monitor current operations and establish efficient production processes
  • Reduce inefficiencies
  • Conduct employee training
  • Ensure that products meet established quality standards
  • Institute quality control procedures
  • Develop management controls systems
  • Create manufacturing process
  • Create/design testing


Requirements


  • Advanced experience using MS suite (Access, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Lean manufacturing experience
  • 5+ years related engineering and manufacturing management experience
  • Experience with building prototypes
  • Experience implementing ERP systems
  • Proficiency with analytical tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (IE or ME), Master’s degree preferred
