5+ years' experience leading Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives with demonstrated accomplishments is required.

Collaborate with counterparts to develop a local lean strategy to achieve business objectives and financial targets.

Help lead/build a strong plant leadership team by mentoring and coaching talent, providing lean training, and participating in hiring talent.

Review P&L monthly with site leader to ensure alignment with lean productivity projects.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering (MfgE or IE preferred) or other related functional areas or work experience.

Minimum of years' experience within a manufacturing operation leading lean and continuous improvement efforts.

Excellent training, coaching, communication, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and technology within Construction, Steel Tube, or Stamping is highly preferred.

Manage and oversee lean production projects (5S, SMED) by leading and driving the production team to achieve results.

1-2 years of experience in process analysis and continuous improvement is preferred.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Strong people and team building skills. Must have the ability to lead, influence, and develop the team.

Adept in MS Excel; must be experienced in using V-lookups, pivot tables, macros, and formulas.

Proficient in MS Outlook; must be able to manage emails and organize calendars.

Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.

5-10 years of relevant Quality/Lean experience

Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards, Six Sigma, and Statistical Process Control

Focus Area: Lead Kaizen and SMED changeover event

Focus Area: Participate in interdepartmental cooperation to assure the quality of manufacturing, inspection, and shipping processes

Ability to lead and drive results with other departments that you are not directly responsible for.

Updates the company Officers and Senior Management on project progress.

Implements sustainable process improvements in close coordination with management and in accordance with existing rules and regulations.

Provides advice and audits line management to ensure that effective Lean Management is implemented and working.

Manages complex and interdisciplinary business projects; responsible of project plan, content, schedule, progress, and budget.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Master degree preferred.

Project Management certification - from PMP – or experience leading several complex projects through PMP methodology is highly preferred.

Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills: identifying opportunities, applying a disciplined approach to determine root cause, then creating and implementing appropriate corrective actions.

Must possess the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities, and projects simultaneously while able to achieve desired results.

Strong influencer and team player with good mentoring and coaching skills. With ability to motivate others.

Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

Low volume and high mix and engineered/make-to-order experience

Project management - Knowledge of method tools

Define and manage equipment locations.

2 to 3 years of experience in the field of methods

Define and write operating procedures and operating documents for ESS installations.

Define a set of tools to describe the processes and measure production : process analysis, production standards, operating ranges, estimated costs.

Lead and coordinate cost reduction action plans.

· Manage all Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement efforts within operations

· Green Belt certification: Lean or Six Sigma

· Experience within continuous improvement programs

· Experience participating in Kaizen events performing proper functions/preparation to lead and conduct lean tools

· Partner on key projects applying various continuous improvement techniques

· Coach and provide efficient training to various team members

10 years + of professional experience with focus on operations and supply chain and with industrial engineering knowledge.

Lean tools (VSM, Cell setup, 5S, TPM, Setup reduction, Visual Management)

Develop skill levels of practitioners and other site talent by coordinating OPEX training for employees at various levels and across functions.

· Any other reasonable request made by management.

· Reviews all projects to ensure that action plans, timelines, budgets and requirements are met and/or exceeded.

· Coordinates plant initiatives and ideas with President & C.O.O and Plant Managers of each facility.

Administers and manages departmental budget

Maintains up to date documentation regarding IATF 16949 and facility requirements

BS degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience

3 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Project Management, Lean or similar OpEx Role

Proactive coaching and change management skills with a strong drive to improve

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification through a recognized and accredited national organization

Demonstrated experience and success in application of CI philosophies, tools, and techniques

3 years of experience in Aviation / Airframe Services / MRO Industry

Lead Kaizen events comprised of multi-functional team members. Is the \"Champion\" of Improvement activities and promotes/sells the benefit of these activities.

Ability to manage the execution of complex projects.

B.S. degree in Engineering (preferred), or minimum 5 years' experience leading lean projects

Operational and Lean Manufacturing experience

Knowledge of Internal Manufacturing and Major Business Processes

Minimum 5 years' experience in Continuous Improvement Role

Extensive knowledge in lean operations and/or transformation tools and techniques

OR a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 7 years of experience in lean manufacturing experience.
