Lean And Continuous Improvement Director Jobs

10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with 5+ years of experience in a Continuous Improvement leadership role

Continuous Improvement training and certification (6-Sigma, Lean, Continuous Improvement, etc.)

Experience in deploying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen Facilitation, 5S, Kanban, and more.

Proven leadership skills in complex and high-pressure environments.

Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities for problem resolution.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence and build relationships, fostering a culture of open communication and feedback.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tool box and experience in Lean Systems implementation

BS, Engineering or equivalent experience

Minimum of 5 years’ experience implementing Lean manufacturing

Preferred knowledge of Six Sigma

Excellent communication and training skills

Excellent problem solving and facilitation skills

Strong project management and team leadership skills.

Support and reviews OpEx capital projects and helps manage the operations forecasting tool capturing the cost and benefits of each project.

Manage the BCP Quality Recipe, coordinate the CQMS/ISO certification, and support CAV audits.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Order to Delivery (OTD) areas and proven leadership skills in managing or supporting manufacturing operations.

What You Will Have- Skills & Experiences

Help manage, train and embed Lean activities within BCP Facilities, partnering with the enterprise Lean COE as needed.

Leverage applicable change management strategies to drive successful adoption of lean behaviors, including, proactive problem solving, knowledge sharing, and accountability.

Adopt and spread lean management system (leadership standard work, Gemba walks, daily accountability, and discipline.) throughout the enterprise.

Work with the finance department to evaluate lean improvement projects savings estimates.

8+ years of experience in operations with considerable lean transformation experience.

Serve as primary change agent and lead Lean transformation throughout enterprise.

Collaborate with company leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to select Lean initiatives that align with the company’s vision and deliver impactful results.

Facilitate Lean Daily Management; develop and lead the path to Gemba

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering (MfgE or IE preferred) or other related functional areas or work experience.

Minimum of 7 years experience within a manufacturing operation leading lean and continuous improvement efforts

Excellent training, coaching, communication, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and technology within Construction, Steel Tubing, Welding, or Stamping is highly preferred.

Manage Key Process Indicators and Targets To Improve (TTI) dashboards for Strategy Deployment Process.

Manage various projects including a comms ID system and a computerized maintenance system

10+ years of experience in concrete, mining, construction or other related fields

5+years of leadership experience and CI

Must have Lean, 5S, Kaizen and value stream mapping experience

Develop and deploy a world class operating system

Value stream mapping, transactional process mapping for both onsite and administrative processes

Facilitate lean daily management; develop and lead the path to Gemba.

Minimum of 2 plus years’ experience in high volume manufacturing industry

Excellent organizational and leaderships skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Deliver training of Six Sigma tools and methodologies

Development, oversight and implementation of the Six Sigma system and principles

Strong leadership abilities and skills as a team builder, coach and mentor.

Knowledge of Total Quality Systems (ISO-9000), CGMP and regulatory requirements (21 CFR 110, 111 and 210/211).

Under the guidance from the Plant Manager, direct the lean six sigma program by chartering new continuous improvement projects.

In coordination with Operations, Maintenance, and Production to manage the TPM implementation schedule.

Manage the operations “Good to Great” cost savings programs, meetings and action lists.

Manage all related technical systems, technologies, machines, and equipment as required.

Consistent track record of Project Management skills and results

Regularly participate Daily Management reviews and provide feedback to improve the process

Showed strength in time management

Work towards and obtain mastery and certification (FBS Champion) status in specific Tools:

5 years of Lean tool's experience; Manufacturing Experience is a plus
