Perform window and other hardware removal and installations

Provide excellent customer and client satisfaction

Experience: Knowledge in the glass and window industry

Position: Glazier and Window Repair Specialist

Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekends!)

Hardworking, motivated, with excellent organizational and time-management skills

1 years residential glass installation experience

Eligibility for company benefits contingent upon completion of initial employee probationary period and at the discretion of the Franchise Owner.

Load required job materials to installation vehicle(s), including redundant materials, tools, job folder/paperwork, safety equipment etc...

Communicate to office AND customer if we'll be late for scheduled installation appointment

Take care of the customer's home/business, ensuring we leave it cleaner than when we found it... use booties, etc...

3-5 years residential installation experience is preferred

Focuses on serving customers with effective and professional communication skills.

Window & Door Glass Replacement

Valid license to drive, and a clean DMV record

Candidates must be physically capable of performing work, in good health, with the ability to lift up to 50-100 lbs unassisted

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines.

Pay range depends on experience & skill set

Have some experience with hand and power tools (helpful, but not required)

Carpentry skills are a plus (but not required)

Willing to learn new skills and be trained

Have an eye for detail

Be able to lift 75 lbs. (regular lifting is required)

Work on jobsites installing commercial and residential glass and aluminum. Construction experience and electrical knowledge very useful.

Salary is based on experience

Skillfully install glass in a variety of applications. You will need:

Valid driver's license & good driving record

Work well independently and with a team

Paid time off and holidays

Have working knowledge of all aspects of the commercial/residential glass business.

If you have working experience in glazing and:

Can read and interpret blueprints

Fabricate and install metal storefronts, curtain wall, heavy glass

We’re looking for the person who can take a commercial/residential glass installation from start to finish.

Comply with safety and PPE requirements.

Installation of specialized glazing and curtain wall systems as instructed.

Replacement of broken glass in curtain wall systems.

Fabrication and installation of extruded aluminum profiles.

Installation of aluminum panels and other glazing infill components.

Proper application of primers and sealants.

Sufficient training and experience to demonstrate the knowledge and abilities listed.

Four years semi-skilled or skilled level work in the glazing trade.

Perform skilled glazing work involved in installing and repairing glass in windows and doors.
