Senior Manager, Sales And Operations

LaSalle Network has partnered with a hair and beauty brand that specializes in using organic, healthy ingredients. They are seeking a Senior Manager, Sales and Operations to oversee forecasting. This is a hybrid position at their Merrillville, Indiana office.
Senior Manager, Sales And Operations Responsibilities

• Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management
• Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner
• Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns
• Maintain a constant relationship with the sales, marketing, finance and external manufacturing partners to understand the demand forecasting drivers
• Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets and business strategies
• Work closely with Finance and Warehouse
• Using analytical, marketing and sales data, effectively estimate future product demands
• Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities
• Conduct monthly forecast maintenance
• Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy

Senior Manager, Sales And Operations Requirements

• Proficiency in KissFlow/NetSuite, Google Works Space
• Bachelor's degree business, supply chain or other relevant fields required
• 5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, operations and warehouse
• Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
• Experience in CPG or Personal Care products a plus
