6 months Alaska/Arctic or equivalent experience.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience.

CFI (Certified Flight Instructor) certification is highly desirable.

Experience in conducting demonstrations and equipment testing.

Knowledge of UAS technology, airspace regulations, and industry best practices.

Excellent communication and instructional skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to trainees.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in UAS equipment.

Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21 experience

Demonstrate analytical ability, attention to detail, and computer skills

Solid judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills

A minimum of 4000 hours logged as Pilot in Command

Rotary wing certification in Bell 407 or similar experience is desired

Plan flights and file flight plans.

Perform pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checks to ensure safe flight operations.

Meets and maintains qualifications of FAA Commercial Rotorcraft and FAA Instrument Rotorcraft Pilot.

Organizational skills necessary to coordinate services with co-workers, and other departments.

Communication skills necessary to respond to stressful situations in a calm and rational manner.

1000 Hours Helicopter Pilot in Command (PIC).

100 Hours Helicopter Night Unaided.

75 Hours Instrument / Hood (50 helicopter in flight).

Typically requires education or formal training equivalent to a four-year technical degree and six or more years progressively complex aviation experience.

Equivalent professional aviation experience may be substituted in lieu of education.

Progressively complex aviation experience must include work done as an instructor pilot in a formal training program.

Must have excellent organization skills including planning and coordinating work assignments.

Completion of the Air Combat Command Classroom Instructor Course or MAJCOM equivalent satisfies the CRI requirement.

Ability to meet AFI 11-2 MQ-1/9, Volume 1, Chapter 2 Instructor Pilot Prerequisites prior to certification as an MQ-1/9 IP.

Possesses good computer and keyboarding skills and is knowledgeable of various reporting tools and systems to support business needs.

Champion and drive Customer Experience (CX) while being an example and holding CX standard while supporting out of home base sales.

Partner closely with ICP Manager to drive all aspects of the business.

Communicate / escalate all store, counter, product concerns to ICP Manager or appropriate person.

Minimum of 5 years of retail sales experience, demonstrating progression in positions that drive retail sales.

Experience in and comfortable with working with a retail style team setting and building relationships

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Must be knowledgeable of Legal Sea Foods menus, policies, and procedures.

Must be able to handle guest incidents/complaints.

Ability to handle cash and paperwork accurately.

Must be well versed in Point of Sale system.

Exhibits and uses good manners, proper personal hygiene, positive attitude and promptness.

SOF-experienced Pilots with a BE-300 or 350 Type Rating with Proline 21 certification may be considered.

BE-300 type-rating and Proline 21 differences certification.

Experience in a military flight training capacity where student evaluation, mentoring, and coaching were required, is highly desired.

Active Secret level security clearance.

Builds flight plans considering factors including altitude, terrain, weather, range, aircraft weight, airfield facilities, and navigation system capabilities and limitations

Assures aircraft and ground station flight readiness IAW DCMA INST 8210.1C requirements

Experience with TigerShark UAS or similar platform

Prior OCONUS rotation experience, particularly in current area of operation

Prior Lead pilot or operator experience

Operates an Spectrum Health Hospitals aircraft.

Previous Fixed-Wing Air Ambulance Experience

Fit for Duty Requirements (reviewed annually):

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

The ability to obtain a Second-Class Medical

Commercial Certificate with appropriate category and class ratings, Instrument Airplane, or

Airline Transport Pilot Certificate with appropriate class ratings. (ATP within 5 years of hire)

A passion for teaching others through strong communication skills

Experience flying business aircraft is a plus

Conduct briefings with crew members and non-crew members on safety and emergency procedures required by the TSC or others

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

Demonstrates effective organizational skills and superior team work between all divisions of Aviation to ensure excellence in care to population served.
