PSI is seeking MC-12/BE 350 aircrew members to provide a customer-focused airborne training environment for Tactical System Operator (TSO) Mission Qualification Training (MQT) and Continuation Training (CT) including mission planning, mission pre-briefs, sortie execution and debrief and post-mission documentation. You will provide flight operations for the sole purpose of maintaining mission qualification in the MC-12W for uniformed aircrew.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- BE-300 type-rating and Proline 21 differences certification.
- Must hold at least a Commercial Pilot Certificate with appropriate category and class ratings. Airline Transport Pilot Certificate is preferred.
- Strong background in ISR and flight support to SOF is required.
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience supporting advanced flight training, working as part of a training team, and demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate and integrate with a ground-based training team.
- Experience in a military flight training capacity where student evaluation, mentoring, and coaching were required, is highly desired.
- Active Secret level security clearance.
- SOF-experienced Pilots with a BE-300 or 350 Type Rating with Proline 21 certification may be considered.
- Current and qualified as an Aircraft Commander (AC) in the MC-12W or qualified as Pilot In Command (PIC) Beechcraft King Air, BE-300 or similar type aircraft and the following conditions are met prior to personnel on-boarding:
- BE-300 type-rating and Proline 21 differences certification.
- 1000 Pilot in Command (PIC) hours (all aircraft flown) and 100 hours in similar type aircraft.
- 1000 Pilot in Command (PIC) hours (all aircraft flown) and 100 hours in similar type aircraft.
- Must hold an FAA Medical Certificate appropriate to the level of Pilot Certificate.
- Must be a US Citizen.
