Designing week over week asset packages based on a template system for a high visibility music event

Adjusting templates and staying on top of program updates and shifts

Optimizing digital images for download efficiency

Fulfilling multiple project requests while simultaneously meeting tight deadlines

Experience with DAMs, project management software, printing

Strong analytical, time management, and multitasking skills

Create, manage, and organize product documentation with our cloud-based digital asset management system

Strong grammatical knowledge and experience with trademark and copyright usage

Proven work experience in production, graphic design, or similar

In-depth knowledge of Adobe CC, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

Strong organization and time management skills

Prepare for and lead design handouts by communicating overall direction, design requirements, and expected level of polish to the Design team

Previous experience in designing the look of intellectual property

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work with remote crew and independent contractors

Working knowledge of tools and software such as Cintiq, Adobe Suite, Maya or other applicable design software

1-2 years of Production Design experience

Experience working with and contributing to design systems, guidelines, and other best practices

Hands on experience with Adobe

Expert skills in modern design programs like Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite

1-2 years of experience working in Ecommerce

You have knowledge of the online video streaming space

Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders via strong communication, presentation, documentation, interpersonal and analytical skills .

Proven experience designing assets for retail, consumer brands, or marketing campaigns .

Experience using Google Workspace including Google Slides .

Experience preparing both physical production files for manufacturing and digital assets for multiple platforms.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build good working relationships .

Experience working with multiple languages and creating assets for multiple regions is a plus.

A university degree, course or the equivalent experience working in a Design discipline; Graphic Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Design Technology.

Act as Quality Assurance and Quality Control for Creative throughout a Project’s lifecycle from conception to delivery.

You’ll demonstrate an ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, with the confidence to multi-task and delegate as required.

2+ years working in a design production capacity in an agency or similar environment. Experience working remote is a big plus.

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Zeplin. Experience with Figma’s a plus (we’ll transition someday).

Highly organized and detail-oriented, including external and internal file management

Manage and track brand assets and approvals when requested

Strong experience with print and pre-production methods (e.g., die cut, embossing, gloss, foil, etc.)

Create final files for both traditional and digital executions, following brand and style guidelines

Superior time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

Familiarity with working in a Content Management System (CMS) is a plus.

Experience designing and illustrating for digital devices.

High level knowledge of design software and animation tools and techniques - Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects.

BFA/BA in Illustration or Graphic Design, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
