Perform leading-edge mechanical design and conceptualization as part of the Airport Logistics System Design Team.

Resolve the most complex technical sales support problems and answer both customer requests and generating detailed product and specification questions.

Represent the company in customer-facing meetings concerning bids & proposals while supporting the sales team.

5 years piping layout and design experience

Strong knowledge of Intergraph S3D (and PDS)

Develop 2D plot plans using Microstation or AutoCad

Nozzle, ladder and platform orientation for towers and other vessels

Ensure review and check of engineering and design deliverables

5-15 years of AutoCAD and Navisworks experience

5+ years of CADWorx experience

Strong technical, written, and verbal skills.

Code and Plant Specific Standard knowledge/comprehension a must

Knowledge of process and utility piping specifications and codes

3D modeling of process piping and equipment

Requires 10+ years of experience as a Designer or related position. An associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

· Perform design from concept to implementation

Hands-on experience in a mechanical or fluids-oriented testing lab

Serve as configuration manager to facilitate and control release of drawings and documents

Support subsystem leads with project documentation, deliverables, and verification of instrument requirements

Knowledgeable with Computer Aided Design

Experienced with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) software tools

Excellent verbal and written English language skills, good communication skills, and ability to interact well in group meeting/work environments

Work in the field to gain experience with built systems and coordinate the 3D design with the real world.

2 years of industry experience in 3D piping design

Performs 3D layout and design utilizing AutoCAD Plant 3D software.

Performs 2D layout and design of piping & instrumentation drawings (P&IDs) utilizing AutoCAD Plant 3D P&ID software.

Generate pipe spool or pipe isometric drawings from the 3D model, with guidance by a Senior Designer

Integrate and clash coordinate between 3D content created in AutoCAD and Revit within Navisworks software, with guidance from a Senior Designer
