Junior Geospatial Analyst Jobs

Experience using lead/opportunity finding tools like GovWin, USAOPPS, etc.

Extensive experience with and development of raster products, lidar products, publishing, and portal management of said products.

Data interoperability skills, experience with GeoCortex and Safe FME preferred.

2 +years of experience in the GIS/Remote Sensing Field.

Required Skills & Required Experience

Create a variety of digital mapping/remotely sensed products using various software platforms.

Coding and/or scripting experience (Python, Batch, SQL, Arcade).

* Strong knowledge of InRoads and Civil3D surfaces, points, corridors, profile, and section views

MUST HAVE: LiDAR w/ TopoDot, TerraScan and/or other packages

* This position is responsible for LiDAR production support and support of field operations

* Projects will include data processing and collection for environmental, municipality, oil and gas and transportation projects

* Process LiDAR data in TopoDot, TerraScan or other LiDAR software packages

* Support field LiDAR acquisition projects

Demonstrates efficiency, accuracy in tasks, and organization of data management

Attend training and/or meetings relating to job requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with imagery analysis working within the Esri ArcGIS desktop

Associate degree, or equivalent experience

Experience aggregating and manipulating spatial data, to include both vector and raster formats, in a consistent manner.

Bachelor's degree or certification in a geospatial discipline.

Organizational skills that allow for efficient multitasking.

BA/BS degree in Geography, Geology, Engineering, Cartography, Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing, Surveying, Computer Science, or a related discipline

Experience with the ArcGIS 10.x suite of software

Experience with the Microstation/TerraSolid suite of software

Perform cartographic feature assembly and placement for Aeronautical, Nautical, and Terrestrial Charts.
