As Our Manager Manager, Content Marketing, You Will

Lead an EM-specific innovation project to present to Senior Management

Partner closely with Developed World team to gain a deep understanding of Master Plan projects and inform on EM-specific needs/opportunities

Create strong partnerships with cross-functional partners through regular catch-up meetings and emails

Support invoicing and budget management for relevant work

Assist to manage social content calendar approvals

Manage product send out to all social creators

Manage reporting on key social KPIs to wider team on a monthly basis

Salary Range:$25-$27.50 per hour(The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location and education)

Remain up to date on all business lines and service offerings to ensure that all marketing communications have updated /accurate information

Interact directly with clients and/or account managers to understand needs, present marketing plans, collect feedback, obtain approvals, and report results

Serve as the intermediary between account managers, marketing, and creative

Minimum 4+ years experience working in a related role

Strong project management and prioritization skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced team and independent settings

Pull competitive data to support launch sizing, pricing, dimensioning etc.

Assist in preparation for team/brand meetings, including regular trends presentation

Be in the know of all key competitive social + content strategies/creatives + bring new ideas to the team

Meet frequent deadlines for post deliverables, with a focus on reliability, time management and task prioritization

2-3 years of relevant experience. Examples: blog writing, content development, SEO, editing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Direct experience contributing to a blog or social media accounts on behalf of brands is a significant plus

Coordinate and discuss engaging stories/articles with both internal and external partners, including artists, makers, business owners, influencers and industry partners

Edit and provide related feedback on team member projects

Review product knowledge on a daily basis to stay current and provide sales training to newcomers once eligible.

Responsibilities of a Client Service Representative:

Execute sales and marketing strategies face-to-face with customers in-store

Promote client products and services while maintaining a professional business relationship with consumers and potential leads.

Work with management on projects dealing with media relations, business communications, success stories

Sales and/or marketing experience a plus, but not a requirement.

Implementation of marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market strategy insights.
