Junior Marketing Associate

Junior Marketing Associate will assist the marketing team in the implementation of all marketing activities, working closely with customers to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and ultimately generate new business leads. We help our clients improve their brand awareness and brand management through events and marketing in-store promotions.

This is an entry-level marketing position with exposure to multifaceted areas of our firm in which full training is provided here at Polarity.

Job Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and provide customer service daily
• Accurately qualify and inform each potential new customer
• Build relationships with new clients, team members, and upper-level management
• Execute direct marketing campaigns within partnered retailers
• Grow our client's brand awareness in local markets
• Track personal and team sales goals

Skills

• Experience in customer-face roles (restaurant/service industry, retail, sales, customer service) preferred
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly
• A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work flexible shifts
