Junior Brand Designer Jobs in Virginia

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met without compromising quality

1-3 years of experience in brand design, preferably with a focus on brand identity and visual content creation

Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative design solutions

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and articulate design concepts

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Experience using tools and software to develop advertising content for the following social media platforms:

Knowledge of basic process and project management

Proficiency with content management systems, specifically Drupal

Experience building HTML emails and familiarity with different email clients’ abilities and limitations preferred.

At least one year of experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including superior attention to detail

Ability to translate the University’s educational mission, strategic aims, and programs, into persuasive visual communications materials
