Overview of Journey Mapper Journey Mapper is a role that focuses on mapping customer journeys and creating customer experience strategies. This role requires a combination of customer experience, data analysis, and project management skills. The Journey Mapper will be responsible for understanding customer needs, analyzing customer data, and developing customer experience strategies that will improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Detailed Job Description of Journey Mapper The Journey Mapper will be responsible for understanding customer needs, analyzing customer data, and developing customer experience strategies that will improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. The Journey Mapper will be responsible for creating customer journey maps, analyzing customer data, and developing customer experience strategies. The Journey Mapper will also be responsible for creating customer segmentation models, developing customer experience metrics, and creating customer experience reports. The Journey Mapper will also be responsible for working with other departments to ensure customer experience strategies are implemented. Journey Mapper Job Skills Required• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of customer experience and customer journey mapping
• Knowledge of customer segmentation models and customer experience metrics
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in customer experience, customer journey mapping, or related field
• Experience with customer segmentation models and customer experience metrics
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
• Experience with project management
