Overview Inventory Management Support is responsible for managing and tracking inventory levels, ensuring that the right products are available in the right quantities at the right time. This role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders. Detailed Job DescriptionThe Inventory Management Support role is responsible for managing and tracking inventory levels, ensuring that the right products are available in the right quantities at the right time. This role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders. The Inventory Management Support will be responsible for:
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that stock is replenished in a timely manner
• Working with vendors to ensure that orders are placed and received in a timely manner
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure that inventory is properly allocated
• Analyzing inventory data to identify trends and develop strategies to optimize inventory levels
• Developing and implementing processes to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency
• Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and transactions
Job Skills Required
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in inventory management
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
