Coordinates case management under the supervision of the ATI Senior Supervising Social Worker

Provides case management for clients experiencing immediate crisis

Assists clients to obtain public benefits when eligible (e.g. Medicaid, food stamps, housing and childcare subsidies)

Assists clients to gain self-sufficiency through appropriate referrals for counseling, financial counseling, ESL classes, job readiness programs, and higher education

Prepares requests for educational and financial assistance grants on behalf of clients

Coordinates referrals and placements for immediate client needs, including shelter and medical treatment

Education, Skills, Experience, and Training Required for this Position

Process payments to subcontractors, ensuring that expenditures are allowable, match program progress (approved by managers) and are within budget.

Liaise with the Finance Department for staff forms (mileage and other reimbursements) and payment tracking.

3+ year’s related nonprofit, project coordination, or administrative experience.

An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or equivalent work experience.

Prior experience working with racially diverse populations and stakeholders.

Help coordinate onsite, offsite, and virtual events, including coordinating VIP arrivals and departures, guest management, and AV coordination.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in monitoring and evaluation of program activities.

Produce relevant readouts and summaries of meetings both for internal record keeping and external knowledge sharing.

Approximately 1-2 years relevant work experience.

Proven knowledge of political, economic, and social issues in the Caribbean.

Superior writing, communication, and analytic skills; Spanish is a plus.

Manage team of learning administrators to support employees and content owners in the United States

Manage support tickets generated by end user and content owners

Participate in defining US business unit specific requirements for system enhancements

Strong LMS background including LMS administration experience

Leadership development and coaching experience

Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience working in project management and program admin.

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification a plus but not required.

Program Management (including, but not limited to implementing integrated services)

Experience working in a non-profit environment or community-based social service agency focused on supported unhoused or marginalized communities is a plus.

Experience supporting strategic planning processes a plus.

Prioritize work and multi-task within specific timelines and manage competing deadlines.
