Experience in distribution, logistics, project management preferred

Innovate, implement and manage cost reduction, quality, safety and ergonomic improvement ideas of moderate scope.

Develop, implement and manage plans to support warehousing/logistics operations. Designs operations layouts.

3-5 years of engineering experience required

Improves production flow and presentation.

Monitors, compiles and reports Key Performance Initiative (KPI).

2+ years of project management experience leading major CapEx projects (>$5 million) involving multiple functions, disciplines, customers, and sites

Project Management Professional certification, Professional Engineer (PE) license, and/or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential a plus

Support the development of best practices, policies, and procedures for the Project Management Office (PMO)

Familiarity with the Stage-Gate project delivery process, industrial manufacturing equipment and controls, contract management, team building, and client relationship management

Develop scope, budget, schedule, and risk baselines for each project and manage the projects against the baselines

3-5 years of relevant Commercial/ Corporate Real Estate experience (Developer, Property Leasing Agencies, Brokers, large corporations In-House Real Estate Specialist)

1-2 years leadership experience (staff or vendor leadership)

Cost estimation. Achieve competitive costs vs market benchmarks

Project specification. Inclusion of necessary project elements

Experience in the development, maintenance, and implementation of a management observation and accountability programs.

Additional responsibilities include partnering with Continuous Improvement Team and DC Operations to provide cross functional project support.

Experience with work measurement, standard data, and predetermined time systems and tools with an emphasis on time study expertise.

Well versed in team education, training, and facilitation of engineering principles.

Experience with providing coaching, and direction to team members.

Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred.

Serve as project manager on key projects.

Minimum of 7 years of experience, preferred experience managing projects within the aerospace & industrial industry.

Demonstrated ability to develop and manage work plans, schedules and budgets and provide leadership to a diverse project team.

Strong understanding of the design-build contracting methodology and prior experience completing design-build projects.

Strong communication abilities exhibited by developed client relationships. Ability to quickly build long-term connections with internal and external clients.

Must carry strong interpersonal and communication skills and display a positive can-do attitude both internally and externally.

2+ years’ experience managing and developing people

5+ years’ experience with Lean Principles, Systems, and Tools

2+ years’ experience facilitating Kaizen/Problem Solving events, as well as Lean training courses

2+ years’ experience leading large cross functional teams toward a shared vision or strategy

5+ years’ experience in the Medical Device Industry

Lean or Six Sigma Certification

Project Management 2 years, Production lines balancing, Skills Presentation.

Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:

Systems Management: Intermediate AutoCAD, Intermediate MS Project, Advance Data Bases, Advance MS Excel, SAP, Minitab, Agile.

Leadership, Proactive, Organized, Staff management, Planning.

Experience in the position or area: Minimum 5 years at least as Process, Manufacturing or Project Engineer.

Education: Professional Career @ Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Process, Electronic, Mechanical or Production.
